GAS DISTRIBUTION
We offer a complete line of high and medium density gas pipe and fittings for gas distribution and oilpatch applications. Our hdpe pipe is manufactured from the highest grade pipe resin, extruded with precision, and inspected with strict guidelines for quality. All hdpe gas pipe is manufactured to ASTM-D2513 standards.
Our conversion to indent print for permanent identification is just one example of our dedication to improving polyethylene gas pipe for our customers. Our mission is to provide gas pipe products that reflect the highest possible quality and the best service in the industry to our customers. Our manufacturing facilities are located strategically across the country to serve your gas piping needs. We also offer a complete line of butt and socket fittings, giving our customers everything necessary for their applications.

WATER
IFP, Inc. provides systems solutions for the municipal water market. We provide a corrosion free hdpe pipe system with leak a free joining method. We are well positioned for the water market with ductile iron hdpe pipe sizes available through 30" diameters.
We also offer a color coded blue striping system for water applications for easy identification.
HDPE pipe offers the following advantages over other systems:- Durability, Long term strength and integrity
- Flexible and lightweight
- Superior Corrosion Resistance
- Ease of handling, shipping, and installation
- Heat fused fully restrained, leak proof joints
- Improved flow rates, reduced pumping costs
- Cost Advantages, (material and installation)
Polypipe meets or exceeds AWWA C901, C906, and NSF standard 61 and 14. HDPE pipe has become the material of choice for the trenchless technology industry. ERS, Inc. can also provide Factory Mutual approved hdpe pipe through 24", for class 150 and 200 applications. Polyethylene pipe may be applicable for the following Water/Wastwater applications:
- Forced Sewer Mains
- Horizontal/Directional Drilling
- Slip Lining (through existing pipe)
- Storm and Sanitary Sewer Lines
- Intake and Outfall Lines
- Culvert Relining
- Digester Lines
- Laterals
- Complete Systems (open and closed)

IFP, Inc. has the ability to provide up to 54" Diameter HDPE pipe for a variety of industrial applications. The characteristics of HDPE pipe make it an ideal choice of material for the following markets:
- Mining
- Power Plants
- Pulp and Paper
- Chemical Petrochemical
- Agriculture
- Telecommunications Duct
- Geothermal

ENVIRONMENTAL
Landfill Applications:
HDPE pipe provides excellent characteristics for a variety of landfill applications including methane gas recovery, leachate collection, dual containment piping, and manholes. The flexible nature of HDPE pipe provides an excellent pipe material for an environment that is constantly moving and settling. HDPE pipe is also noncorrosive and provides a pipe material that will be inert to the landfill environment. HDPE pipe is manufactured to 63" sizes. The company has the ability to perforate pipe through 12". We offer three different dual containment systems with a complete line of dual wall fittings.
Dual Wall Containment:
Dual containment HDPE pipe systems can be broadly characterized in three categories. The first is a proprietary product called simutaneously fused DC pipe. The second system requires electrofusion or an anular heating iron. The third system uses a sliplined conductor pipe inside the containment pipe.
System 1: simultaneously fused system which utilizes standard fusion procedures. Size capabilities range from 2" through 18" for the carrier pipe.
System 2: utilizes standard fusion procedures on the carrier pipe and an anular heating iron or electrofusion coupling on the containment pipe. HDPE Pipe and fitting systems are available from 2" through 8".
System 3: the containment is installed first, then the conductor pipe is slip lined inside the containment pipe. The carrier pipe is not restrained and is not centered in the containment pipe. This system is usually best suited for smaller pipe sizes, where long coils are available, and in circumstances requiring no restraint.
